Involuntary immigration occurs due to wars, environmental disasters, political, religious, gender persecutions, etc. As a result of this displacement, careers are interrupted, life projects become uncertain and helplessness becomes constant. Among the main possibilities for social integration are work and education. In this regard, this study is aimed at analyzing the psychological impacts of immigration on subjects from three countries affected by environmental, political, humanitarian and economic crises - Haiti, Venezuela and Syria - and whose academic life projects began to be glimpsed after the arrival to Brazil. All ten respondents were looking to restart their studies or were looking to validate their diplomas. Intercultural sociodemographic form and semi-structured interview were used, which were analyzed via content analysis technique. Finally, this study also presents a survey on Brazilian universities that created inclusion policies for involuntary immigrants.
