Resumen

This article studies the human right to health of migrant women
from the perspective of the United Nations (UN), with special attention to the context of the Pandemic. The methodology used is that of documentary analysis of official primary sources of two international organizations of this system in relation to this matter: the UN Committee on Economic, Social and
Cultural Rights (CESCR) and the UN Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants. Knowing and assessing the impact of interventions, concerns and recommendations on these rights to UN member countries is an important tool for planning and managing health protection and promotion actions at a time of pandemic. The right to health of migrant women is strongly guaranteed by the decisions and documents from both international organizations.
