Abstract

Il libro "Migranti e rifugiate. Antropologia, genere e politica" di Barbara Pinelli, docente di Antropologia dei processi migratori presso l’Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca,  indaga prospettive di genere e di antropologia femminista per descrivere i processi sociali che caratterizzano la mobilità umana, concentrandosi sulle donne rifugiate e migranti.

 

Author Biography

  • Emanuela Bini, Università degli Studi di Bologna

    Emanuela Bini graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures and in Primary Education Sciences at the University of Bologna. She also got certified as teacher for disabled children after attending the specialization course at University. In her final dissertation in Special Pedagogy titled “Disability, cultural belonging and migratory backgrounds. Educational and didactic aspects” she describes welcoming practices and the integration of migrant families with disabled children, focusing on the role of health services and educational Institutions called to guarantee the right to health and education. School teacher, teacher trainer, reviewer, Emanuela Bini publishes essays and articles on academic journals. As speaker she took part to the Fourth Forum for Young Graduates in South Tyrol “Cultures in dialogue” (2014) promoted by the Free University of Bozen. In 2019, commissioned by the Regional School Office, she held a seminar aimed at newly hired teachers about the inclusion at school.  In 2018 she signed up for the Research SOcial Platform on Migration and Asylum (ReSOMA) about Migration Policies in Europe. Since 2019 Emanuela Bini is collaborating with the academic journal REMHU: Revista Interdisciplinar da Mobilidade Humana as a reviewer of papers. Her main research areas deal with intercultural education, school integration of disabled children,  anthropological and sociological approaches to disability.
