Políticas migratorias y prácticas transnacionales de los migrantes. Un estudio del Estado argentino
Abstract
En este artículo, se pondrá atención en vincular las políticas públicas del Estado Argentino con las prácticas transnacionales de los migrantes. Por consiguiente, será interesante indagar cómo ciertas políticas migratorias potencian o restringen experiencias transnacionales de los migrantes. Para ello, se focalizará en un análisis cualitativo donde se combinarán el análisis documental, con algunas perspectivas sociológicas y de teoría política referidas al Estado, las políticas públicas y al transnacionalismo.

This article will focus on linking public policy of the Argentinean State to transnational practices of immigrants. Therefore it will be interesting how certain immigration policies enhance or restrict migrants` transnational experiences.
To do this work, we will focus on a qualitative analysis which combines documentary analysis with sociological perspectives and political theory relating to the state, public policy and transnationalism.
