In this reflection, the author narrates her personal experience in a trip she made to the state of Acre in Brazil. She went with the intention of improving her quality of life as a professional and ended up working as a domestic service in a house. She was also in a dangerous place where she was watched and was almost denounced to the police in a slanderous manner so as not to let her return.
