Abstract

Este artigo trata dos mecanismos de combate ao tráfico de seres humanos no Brasil e das diretrizes implantadas de acordo com as políticas de enfrentamento. Apresenta-se uma visão geral do tráfico de pessoas no Brasil, suas características, as vítimas do tráfico e os aliciadores responsáveis pela prática desse crime, além das políticas internacionais e nacionais de atendimento às vítimas. Por fim, aborda-se a evolução do tráfico de seres humanos no Brasil, suas peculiaridades, a política de enfrentamento adotada pelo governo brasileiro e a participação de organizações não governamentais em seu combate.Palavras-chave: Tráfico de pessoas; Brasil; Procedimento.
This article discusses the mechanisms for combating trafficking in human beings in Brazil and the guidelines established in accordance with the policies to deal with this crime. It presents an overview of trafficking in persons in the country, including its characteristics, victims and recruiters responsible for enticing this crime, as well as international and national policies for victim care. Finally, the paper discusses the evolution of human trafficking in Brazil, its peculiarities, the policy adopted by the Brazilian Government and the participation of non-governmental organizations in the fight against trafficking.Keywords: Trafficking in persons; Brazil; Procedure.
