Modelos de gobernabilidad migratoria. La perspectiva política en América del sur
Abstract
En la actualidad se presentan diferentes modelos de gobernabilidad migratoria aplicados por los Estados en función de determinadas premisas sobre el papel de las migraciones. Estos modelos pueden denominarse: de "Securitización", basado en la perspectiva de la migración como parte de las políticas de seguridad; de "Beneficios Compartidos " para los países de origen y recepción"; y de "Desarrollo Humano para las Migraciones". En America del Sur, en la última década se ha ido construyendo una posición consensuada entre los gobiernos, que se basa en la perspectiva del Desarrollo Humano para las Migraciones".

Nowadays there are different models of migration governance implemented by the States, according to certain premises on the role of migration. These models can be: of “Securitization”, based on the perspective of migration as part of security policies; of “Shared Benefits” for host and origin countries; and of “Human Development for Migration”. In South America, in the last decade, a consensual position has been constructed among the governments, which is based on the perspective of the “Human Development for Migration”.
