Identidad religiosa de un pueblo en camino
Abstract
En este artículo se presenta un estudio sobre la Primera carta de Pedro acerca de los datos relevantes de la identidad religiosa del Pueblo de Dios como pueblo en camino. Para ello se hace una breve muestra del lugar que ocupa en la Biblia el fenómeno social de las migraciones y se fija en la figura social y religiosa del emigrante. A partir de 1 Pe la identidad del emigrante se convierte en una categoría teológica que abre al ser humano a la esperanza en Dios en medio de las circunstancias adversas de la peregrinación de la vida presente y cuyo comportamiento en un mundo hostil lo convierten en prototipo de buena conducta y de servicio a los demás, en un marco de libertad cristiana inalienable.

This article presents a study on the first letter of Peter regarding the relevant data about the religious identity of the People of God as people on the way. For that, a brief illustration on how the Bible is placed in the social phenomenon of migrations and how it is fixed in the social and religious figure of the migrant. From the 1P the migrant’s identity is converted to a theological category that opens the hope in God to the humans through the adverse circumstances of the peregrination of the present life and which behavior in a hostile world convert the migrants into a prototype of good conducts and servants to others, in a mark of unwary Christian freedom.
