Gente che parte, gente che cambia caratteristiche e dinamiche del fenomeno migratorio

L'autore affronta la questione migratoria come fenomeno costitutivo della natura umana, con l'obiettivo di integrare la dimensione "macro", delle cause strutturali dei flussi, e la dimensione "micro", delle motivazioni soggettive e delle dinamiche identitarie. Dopo aver presentato ed esaminato le principali teorie migratorie, il testo insiste sulla necessità di adoperare un' ottica interdisciplinare che metta a fuoco la complessità delle migrazioni, sottolineando soprattutto il tema del progetto migratorio, dalla decisione di emigrare fino ai processi integrativi in una prospettiva interculturale.
The author analyses the migratory issue as a phenomena which constitutes the human nature. From this point of view, he intends to integrate its macro-dimensions, the fluxus structural causes, and its micro-dimensions such as subjective motivations and the dynamics of identities. After a revision of main migration theories, the text pays attention to the necessity of interdisciplinary approaches in order to enclose the complexity of migration dynamics emphasizing the migratory project, on a specifyc way, since the subject decision to emigrate to the integration process from interculturality point of view.
