Les politiques européennes en matière d’immigration et de développement
Abstract
Après l’arrêt de l’immigration de travail en Europe, le discours du contrôle des frontières tend, aujourd’hui, à être remplacé par celui de la maîtrise des flux migratoires. Dans cette optique, la fermeté se complète du projet de développer les pays d’origine, pour intervenir sur les causes de l’émigration en suscitant la création d’activités génératrices de revenus.

After the cessation of labour immigration in Europe, the discourse on the borders control tends, nowadays, to be replaced by that of the control of migration flows. According to this view, the policies rigor is complemented by the project to develop the country of origin, in order to intervene on the emigration causes by creating income generating activities.
