Este artigo tem como objetivo explorar as características setoriais e estruturais do empreendedorismo imigrante na Itália, destacando tanto seu dinamismo quanto suas fragilidades intrínsecas dentro do contexto europeu mais amplo. Com base no conceito de “globalização por baixo”, a análise busca mostrar como as empresas lideradas por imigrantes, apesar de operarem predominantemente em setores menos especializados e de menor rendimento, contribuem de forma significativa para a vitalidade econômica, a inovação social e os vínculos transnacionais. O estudo também pretende oferecer insights relevantes para políticas públicas ao examinar criticamente as tensões entre o potencial de crescimento e as vulnerabilidades estruturais, além de formular recomendações estratégicas para desbloquear o papel pleno do empreendedorismo imigrante no desenvolvimento de um país...
