The objective of this article is to analyze the Migration Control Policies from the subjectivities of migrants, taking as a point of analysis the border crossing. Specifically, in this article asks how Peruvian migrants cross, dispute or negotiate the entry into Argentine territory, at border crossing. The development of this article founded on a qualitative methodology, based on in-depth interviews a Peruvians and Peruvians who migrated from the 50s onwards. A periodization of this migration to Argentina is constructed and a set of milestones established on how Peruvians experience control policies. The interviewees perceive themselves as survivors of these controls, understanding them as a sine qua non condition for the crossing toward Argentina.
